Hop Talk. It's the time spent with growers, dealers, brewers, and beer drinkers learning about hops, the market, and the intimacies and struggles of growing these alluring plants. Every year, hop & beer enthusiasts flock to the Yakima Valley to simply talk hops.

It's common here at CLS Farms for hop & beer people to head over to the office, walk down the stairs to the basement, and start talking hops. The conversations last for hours, and no one ever wants to leave.
